Common FAQ

How long can I rent the gown for?

The entire gown rental period is 5 days – inclusive of the day of collection and return. Additional charges of $150 nett per day will apply beyond the rental period. Do note that a security deposit of $500 per gown is required upon collection (payable by cash, VISA or MasterCard). This will be fully refunded upon return of the gown in its original condition. Additional charges may apply for return of a damaged gown.

How do I collect my gown?

Upon receiving your order, we will contact you within 3 working days to confirm the gown is available for your date as well as arrange the fitting sessions, collection & return. In the event that the gown is unavailable, we will process a refund. Appointments are to be made in advance for fittings, collections, returns.
