I highly recommend WeddingCrafters! From the first contact I had with them from booking the appointment all the way till the retuning of the gown, I had the most pleasant experience. Jason is super quick in replying to every single question I had and the service was superb. They will ensure you choose the gown of your liking and even the alteration is done to finest detail to ensure you are able to walk comfortably in the gown. They even provide a changing tent, insect repellent and a fan that is an absolute absolute life and time saver during the shoot. Even after the entire process, Jason still followed up to ensure that everythint went smoothly. I absolutely loved my experience here and will highly recommend every single bride to give Wedding Crafters a try!

I mainly communicated with Jason and Estella, and they were both extremely friendly and helpful during the whole process. Estella was so patient and accommodating with all the little changes I made, and always gave her expert option on how to improve it. Wedding Crafters also has a great range of quality partners (wedding planners, photographers, makeup artists) who we engaged during our wedding.

One of the best decisions made for the wedding was to be a #WC bride. We stumbled across WC at a hotel fair more than 2 years ago and they left a lasting impression on us. Back then, I wasn’t the bride to be, yet Cheryl still served me and gave me a detailed introduction to the gowns they had.Fast forward to my first visit to the studio, the place was very homely and they carried a wide selection of gowns and partnerships. In addition, I didn’t have to select a gown immediately and could come down as often as I wished to try on - this certainly took the pressure off. The pricings were also very clear and there were no hidden costs or T&C.The service provided by the WC team, Jason, Cheryl, Wan Lin is impeccable. Jason was very efficient with follow ups (he would send a summary of the gowns I tried for record purpose) and was very accommodating to our schedules. Our selection of gowns are always well prepared before we arrived. They allocated ample time for each fitting and I never once felt rushed. Both Cheryl and Wan Lin have a good eye for detail and were very patient and genuine with their advices. It was absolutely pleasant to have them with me on this journey (thank you so much!!!)The entire process was seamless and everything went smoothly. The gowns (Alex and Elysia) were well altered to fit me and they received so many praises from our guests. Before the wedding, Cheryl also taught me how to walk/sit in the gown and what angles are the best for photos. I’m so glad I made the right choice to go with Wedding Crafters!
