Hi #WCBrides! The long-awaited Phase 2 is finally here! We know everyone's excited to resume gown trying and wedding planning - we are just as excited to see you! It's been a bumpy ride - having to change/postpone your wedding plans :( On the bright side, hopefully things will get better from now on, and we can move on to happier things like trying on new gowns! With the permission to reopen, we will be giving our #WCBrides the priority to view the new collection (as always!) via our VIP Week, which will run from 23 June to 3 July!
This collection features a mix of clean and elegant pieces with fabrics like crepe and organza in the spotlight. Of course we also have our signature ethereal , dreamy tulle pieces, complete with hand-beaded details and gorgeous trains adorned with lace!
For brides who postponed their wedding
As per our postponement policy (https://weddingcrafters.com.sg/covid-19), we will check if your previously soft booked gowns are available for your new date and we will update your booking accordingly if the gown is available, If not, fret not, you can still select from our newer pieces! To manage the volume of brides and gown bookings for year end / 2021, there will still be 1 more complimentary gown selection round after your original final gown selection cutoff.
Brides whose original wedding dates are from 1 June - 31 Aug
Your original final gown selection appointment should have been in April - June, and you might not have had the chance to come for final gown selection appointment due to the closure. Hence if you fall in this group, you have 2 x gown selection appointments (your original final gown choice appointment + 1 more complimentary). You can choose when to utilize your 2 appointments, as long as the final selection appointment is done latest 2 months before your new wedding date.
In line with the Covid-19 safety regulations, kindly take note of the following measures when coming for your appointments:
1. Each bride is allowed to bring a max of 2 other guests for the appointment. Please do adhere to this as we will have to turn away additional guests in order to keep the number of people in the studio to a minimum.
2. Temperature screening will be conducted for all guests entering the studio. If you or any of your guests are unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Guests with temperatures above 37.5 will strictly not be allowed in studio.
3. We request for all guests in studio to continue wearing their masks. Brides may remove their masks during photo taking.
Sanitizers will be placed at the entry as well as at the fitting areas for your usage :)
