How long can I rent the wedding props for?

The entire rental period is 5 days – inclusive of the day of collection and return. Do note that a security deposit is required upon checkout. This will be fully refunded upon return of the props in its original condition. Additional charges may apply for late return, missing or damaged part(s)/items(s).

How do I collect my props?

Upon receiving your order, we will contact you within 3 working days to confirm the prop set is available for your date as well as arrange the collection/return. In the event that the prop set is unavailable, we will process a refund. All collections and returns will be done at the WeddingCrafters studio. Appointments are to be made in advance for collections/returns.
