GENERAL

What are your opening hours?

We open by appointment only. Our appointment hours are from 1pm – 9pm on Monday to Sunday. Kindly contact us via the web enquiry form with your preferred date and timing if you would like to schedule an appointment.

 

How long do appointments run?

We typically book out 1.5 hours for a gown consultation appointment. This would include a discussion on your preferred gown styles, colours, fabric and the trying of gowns at the studio.

 

What should I bring or wear to my appointment?

If you have a stick-on bra and wish to wear your own for the fitting, please do bring it along to your appointment. If not, we do have this at our studio as well. It is also advisable to wear seamless nude under garments.

If you have already done some research on the styles you like, do feel free to bring along any pictures of your research – that would help us to narrow down your gown search!

 

Who should I bring to my appointment?

Sometimes it can be confusing to bring too many guests to your appointments, especially since your guests might all have differing opinions. We suggest to limit the guest list to around 2-4 guests who you trust to give you honest and constructive feedback.

 

If I don’t have a confirmed wedding date now, can I confirm your services now? 

Yes definitely! As our rates are revised yearly, it is always wise to book early to enjoy the current package pricing. Once booked, you are protected against any price inflation even if your wedding is on the following year.

 

What does your pricing include?

All prices indicated are nett and inclusive of 2 rounds of fittings and adjustments. It also includes the rental of accessories such as a bridal petticoat (cancan) and a veil.

 

What are the modes of payment accepted?

We accept payment via cash, cheque and credit card.

 

Why is a 50% deposit required when i will only require your service much later?

Upon payment of a deposit, we will help to soft book a gown of your selection for your wedding date – this ensures that you have a gown that is already blocked out for your date. This prevents other clients from booking the same gown that you have expressed interest in. You may change your soft booking if you see a new gown you prefer in our new collections. The deposit is also used to secure your make up artist and book her for your date.

 

What if I change my mind after making the deposit?

All payments by the customer are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.

 

 

GOWNS RELATED

What does Off-the-Rack rental and Made to Measure gown means?

For off the rack gown rental, you will be able to choose from our current and upcoming gown collections that will be in store before your wedding date. These are curated designs that are usually available in a few sizes.

For made to measure gowns, you are able to customize your own gown design from scratch.

 

Can I try on some of your gowns before deciding to sign up with you?

Definitely! We always encourage brides to try on a few different styles to get a better sense of the design direction and style of the studio. We believe that this will give you a better idea of our quality and designs.

 

I am a plus size bride. Do you have any gowns that will suit me?

Yes, we do have a limited selection of gowns in a larger size. Should you spot a design that you like that is not available in your size, we can bring in the correct size for you upon confirmation.

 

Am I restricted to a certain range of gowns for the bridal package that I am holding?

Definitely not – all our gown packages are fully inclusive of our entire bridal gown range, it also applies to upcoming collections right up to your wedding date.

 

Do you provide accessories?

All off the rack gown rental and made to measure gowns come with complimentary rental of accessories such as the bridal petticoat (cancan) if required, and a veil. Wedding jewelry and hair accessories are not provided.

 

How long can I rent the gowns/suits for?

The entire gown rental period is 5 days – inclusive of the day of collection and return. Additional charges of $200 nett per day will apply beyond the rental period. Do note that a security deposit of $500 per gown is required upon collection (payable by cash or cheque). This will be fully refunded upon return of the gown in its original condition. Additional charges may apply for return of a damaged gown.

  

Is alteration and dry cleaning included? Will I be charged extra if I require further alteration? 

Yes dry cleaning and alteration is included in our 2 fitting and adjustment sessions.

 

How long do you need for alteration?

Depending on the degree of alteration, this can take between 3 – 14 working days.

 

When do I collect my gown?

You may collect your gown around 2-3 days before your wedding date.

 

What is the lead time required for a MTM gown?

For made-to-measure gowns, we usually require a lead time of 2.5 – 3 months.

 

 

MEN’S SUITS

I realized that you have very little information on men’s suits on your website. What are the colours and sizes available? 

For men’s suits, we carry a range of colours in our off the rack rental collection. Each colour comes in a variety of pants and jacket sizes. The inner white shirt will not be provided.

 

Do you do MTM for men’s suits?

Unfortunately our customization services are limited to gowns at the moment. 

 

 

OUTFITS RELATED

How long can I rent the bridesmaids outfits for?

The entire rental period is 5 days – inclusive of the day of collection and return. Do note that a security deposit is required upon checkout. This will be fully refunded upon return of the outfits in its original condition. Additional charges may apply for late return, or return of a damaged outfit.

 

How do I collect my outfits?

During checkout, you can opt for self-collection at our studio or courier service at a fee of $12. We will contact you within 3 working days to arrange the collection/return upon receiving your order.

 

Can I bring my bridesmaids to try the outfits?

At the moment, we only allow for trying of bridesmaids dresses at our studio for existing package holders. Our outfits come in different sizes and a size guide is available on each individual product page to help you determine the correct size to order.

 

Do you do MTM for bridesmaid dresses?

Unfortunately our customization services are limited to gowns at the moment. 

 

 

WEDDING PROPS RELATED

How long can I rent the wedding props for?

The entire rental period is 5 days – inclusive of the day of collection and return. Do note that a security deposit is required upon checkout. This will be fully refunded upon return of the props in its original condition. Additional charges may apply for late return, or return of a damaged prop.

 

How do I collect my props?

During checkout, you can opt for self-collection at our studio or courier service at a fee of $12. We will contact you within 3 working days to arrange the collection/return upon receiving your order.
