Yes definitely! As our rates are revised yearly, it is always wise to book early to enjoy the current package pricing. Once booked, you are protected against any price inflation even if your wedding is on the following year.
IF I DON'T HAVE A CONFIRMED PRE-WEDDING/WEDDING DATE, CAN I CONFIRM YOUR SERVICES FIRST?
Prices include 2-3 rounds of fittings & adjustments, dry cleaning as well as flexibility to view new collections and change your gown design (up to 2 months before your pre-wedding/wedding date).
WHAT DOES YOUR PRICING INCLUDE?
Upon payment of a deposit, we will soft-book the gown(s) of your choice for your pre-wedding/wedding date. This prevents other brides from booking the same gown(s) in the same period. You may change your soft-booking if you see a new gown you prefer in our new collections.
The deposit is also used to secure your photographer and/or make up artist for your date (if applicable).
WHY IS A 50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED WHEN I WILL ONLY REQUIRE YOUR SERVICE MUCH LATER?
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER MAKING THE DEPOSIT?
All payments by the customer are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.
AM I RESTRICTED TO A CERTAIN RANGE OF GOWNS FOR THE BRIDAL PACKAGE THAT I AM HOLDING?
Definitely not – all our gown packages are fully inclusive of our entire bridal gown range, it also applies to up-coming collections right up to your wedding date.
WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR GOWNS?
Our gowns ranges from size 4 t0 12, but it varies by style. During your appointment, our designer will assist you with your measurements and provide sizing advice. Alternatively, you can check the e-catalogue on the sizing options for the gowns you're interested in.
The entire gown rental period is 5 days – inclusive of the day of collection and return. Additional charges of $150 nett per day will apply beyond the rental period. Do note that a security deposit of $800 per gown is required upon collection. This will be fully refunded upon return of the gown in it's original condition. Additional charges may apply for return of a damaged gown.
HOW LONG CAN I RENT THE GOWN(S) FOR?
Depending on the degree of alteration, this can take between 3 – 7 working days.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM AN APPOINTMENT?
Once you schedule an in-store appointment, you will be assigned a designer who will guide you through the gown selection process. At your appointment, you'll receive one-on-one attention for 90 minutes. Our designer will provide styles, silhouettes & sizing advices as well as answer any queries you might have regarding the collaboration packages.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You will receive a reminder WhatsApp 48 hours before your appointment. You can reply to the WhatsApp to confirm or cancel your appointment.
If we don't hear from you by 11.59 p.m. the day before your appointment, we will open it up to another bride. Please note most weekends have a wait list of brides hoping for an appointment. We appreciate the courtesy of confirming or cancelling as soon as possible.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME TO AN APPOINTMENT?
We suggest that you come in nude strapless bra & undergarments if possible. You can consider bringing your stick-on bra, shapewear, and shoes at the desired height. You may also want to bring an elastic hairband if you plan to wear your hair up.
